Wind Turbine Instructions – Get off the grid!



I found this link over at Instructables about how to build your own wind turbine to get yourself off the power grid.

I love the internet specifically for sites like the above mentioned. People, especially westerners are finally starting to realize that all energy is not renewable, and that an oil based economy is not always the best for everyone.

I applaud all those with ideas like this, and I can only hope that more things of this nature will pop up in the future and become increasingly more affordable so the regular joe can get this type of technology at home.
